1. Services
Techjork IT Solutions Limited ("Techjork", "we") provides IT security, web development and support services including website and server protection, ethical hacking and bug bounty hunting, penetration testing, custom websites and web applications, IT consulting and help desk services. The specific scope, deliverables and fees of any engagement are defined in a written proposal or statement of work agreed with the client.
2. Authorization for security testing
Security testing, ethical hacking and penetration testing are performed only against systems the client owns or is expressly authorized to have tested, and only within the scope, time window and rules of engagement agreed in writing before work begins. The client warrants they hold the authority to grant such access.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are quoted before work starts. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days. Work may be paused on overdue accounts.
4. Confidentiality
Findings, credentials, source code and business information exchanged during an engagement are confidential. Security findings are disclosed only to the client's named contacts.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, deliverables created for the client transfer to the client. Techjork retains its pre-existing tools, libraries and methods.
6. Liability
Techjork performs services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement; neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
