1. What we collect
Contact details you send us (name, email, company), correspondence about engagements, and basic technical logs from techjork.com such as IP address and pages visited. During security engagements we may temporarily process data inside the systems we are authorized to test.
2. Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries, scope and deliver contracted work, invoice, meet legal obligations, and keep our own systems secure. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
3. Engagement data
Data encountered during testing is accessed only as far as the agreed scope requires, never copied beyond what is needed to evidence a finding, and deleted after the report is accepted unless retention is agreed in writing.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored on access-controlled, encrypted systems. Reports and findings are shared only with the client's named contacts.
5. Retention
Enquiry emails are kept while relevant; engagement records are kept as long as law and contract require, then deleted.

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@techjork.com.
